Are you interested in starting a new food service operation in Lawrence County?  If so, this is the procedure to making that happen:

  1. Submit a plan review with appropriate fees (see Plan Review Guide)

  2. Plan is reviewed by LCHD Environmental Health Staff

  3. Upon approval, submit completed license application

  4. A pre-licensing inspection is done by Environmental Health Staff within 30 days of start-up
